Shipping Policy

Express orders that have an air shipment method placed before 1:00PM EST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. All ground orders will ship within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipments are delivered only on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Return Policy

We will accept items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note we do not offer returns for international orders. Items will be refunded for the price shown on your order confirmation less any applied discounts. Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Samples/Free Gifts should be returned if a full order is returned & full refund expected. If samples are not returned, additional deductions on orders or future ordering restrictions may be applied at the discretion of RéVive Skincare.

Returns/Exchanges Restrictions

Only items purchased through reviveskincare.com may be accepted for a return or exchange. Items purchased from a store location or outside of the United States will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.

Damaged Shipments

If an item is broken or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement. Replacements will not be sent after 30 days.
